Getting Involved

 Within our community, members and friends come together to worship, share ideas, work for social justice, and have fun. We have many scheduled activities that you can keep abreast of via our newsletter and calendar. Regardless of background or interests, all are invited to get involved. Our community needs your time and talent as well. During coffee hour ask about any of the following opportunities to get involved with a more regular commitment.

    • Helping Out:  Sunday Service
    • Writing:  Communications
    • Speaking:  Community Forums
    • Welcoming:  Membership   
    • Administration:  Helping in the office
    • Event: Annual Picnic
  •  Arts and Music Programs
    • Event:  WHUUF hosts monthly art openings in the Sanctuary on the First Sunday of the month.
    • Group: The Choristers present the Musical Interlude once per month.  We also perform longer concerts twice a year.

  • Small Covenant Groups
    • Women's Group
    • Book Groupa
    • Sharing Circles
  • Finance and Fundraising
    • Event:  Auction
    • Project: Pledge Drive

  • Kitchen Keepers
    • Kitchen Keeepers:  All welcome. First Monday monthly kitchen work party with lunch. 10am - noon. 
    • Work Party:  All welcome. First Saturday monthly building and grounds work party with coffee and donuts. 9am - noon
